Location.  This question can have many answers.  Depending on the type of photography needed we can scout out a location that best fits your needs.  To see some of our work and locations that we have done photo shoots check out our Blogs.

How many photos can I get?

All of our packages come with photo prints. We also offer full permissions to reprint our photos whenever and wherever you want. Check out our packages and pricing list to see what each offers and how many photos or digital photos you will receive.

How will I receive all my photos once they are taken?

After we have printed your photos we will set up a time to pick up your prints.  We do not generally ship prints as they get damaged in the mail but we will work to have a meeting location.  At this time we will also give you access to all your photos either on a Thumb drive (weddings) CD or Dropbox for small shoots.

How long to wait for photos ready?

Each type of photography take different times:

Wedding Photos normally 1-2 weeks for photos to be online for selection.

Quinceanera Photos normally 1-2 weeks for photos to be online for selection.

For family, baby and senior photo shoots  normally 1 week for photos to be online for selection.

Headshots: we offer a rush order on these but noramally 2-3 Days

Real Estate photography normally 1 day to be posted to Dropbox for the agent to download.

How will I see my photos to order them?

AHIT provides an online gallery that you may share with your family and friends.  While it is password protected you are free to share this password with whoever you want. From this gallery, you will be able to add the photos you want to be printed to a form and submit it to use for printing.

Do I need a pre-meeting?

We believe a pre-meeting is important for event photography.  This allows us to create a timeline and make sure we have a shot list ready for your big day.  

How do we book a date?

Booking a date is easy just fill out this form and submit it.  We will contact you shortly with a time and location.  Allowing us a few dates to choose from allows us to find a time that best works for both of us.

How many weddings have do done?

AHIT has been photographing since 2002.  In the beginning, we were mostly shooting products, clothing and senior photos.  By 2010 we were doing more and more weddings.  Today we average 10-12 weddings a year.  So booking early is important.

What do you offer besides photo prints?

We are also a graphic arts provider. So we can take your photos beyond paper and create banners, postcards and beautiful photo books. Which are all custom laid out and available for proofing by you before they go to print.

What do you offer besides photo prints?

Family photos can have up to 10 people but we can work with more if needed and discuss our plan of taking such a large group photo.  We do encourage you when doing family photos to include the grandparents and enjoy the shoot.

Who should book a photo studio?

We offer studio photos for headshots.  We do not offer groups of family studio photos.  For group photos, we will set up a meeting location and normally shoot group photos in an outdoor location.

We offer several methods of payment.  We accept Cash and Check but also offer Credit Card payments.  We use PayPal for secure payment.  Offer chip based transaction or pay online with our PayPal invoices

Do I need a Domain Name?

We can work with a domain name purchased from any online company. We will just need to have access to change the DNS to point to our servers for your website to be live.   If you do not have a domain name we can help in the purchase of this name and also make the purchase and connect the yearly billing of your domain names with your website hosting.

Do I need hosting?

We supply the hosting.  All our sites are built on our shared hosting environment as this allows us to control updates, backups, and security to your website.

Do you offer email with your websites?

Yes, we offer 4 email address per account with options to purchase more.  We also offer connections with Google Apps for Business to have your email routed through this business solution.  Our email is web-based and can be set up with IMAP or SMTP for your business.

How long does it take to build a website?

Much of the time it takes to build a site is based on the content of the site.  Most small sites can be created and online within a month while e-commerce and heavy content sites could take up to three months.  Our goal is to present you with a timeline that we both can meet.  With this timeline, we will need to collect your information for the site along with graphics, logo or photos your company has.  If you need any of these items we also offer photography, logos and information style graphics and prints.

We offer everything from logos to start your company off with all the way to postcards, business cards and brochures to get the word out about your business.  We believe a website is the biggest asset a company has to build their brand but we also know the importance of good quality print work and design.  First impressions are important and we believe that your print work needs to say something about your company that will entice them to view your work on your website.
